The CycleStreets Photomap is a user-generated resource containing over 56,000 images of bicycle-related infrastructure from around the world, for the purposes of cycling advocacy:
https://www.cyclestreets.net/photomap/
All locations are fully-categorised, and contain metadata such as type, good/bad, location, captions, keywords (tags), time & date:

An API for third-party use is available:
https://www.cyclestreets.net/api/v2/
It can also be used as the basis for tools for cycle infrastructure audit, e.g.
https://www.urbancycleparking.org.uk/
which uses the same data interface (API).
The Photomap is part of a platform being built by CycleStreets which includes a cycle journey planner (using OpenStreetMap), opt-in GPS tracking, collision data viewing, and more.
