OhmyNews

OhmyNews is a South Korean online news website that has the motto "Every Citizen is a Reporter". It was founded by Oh Yeon Ho on 2000. It is the first of its kind in Korea to accept, edit and publish articles from its readers, in an open source style of news reporting.[2] About 20% of the site's content is written by the 55-person staff, while most of the articles are written by other freelance contributors who are mostly ordinary citizens.

PHP-Nuke

PHP-Nuke is a content management system allowing webmasters to create community-based portals (websites), allowing users and editors to post news items (user-submitted news items are selected by editors) or other types of articles. Registered users can then comment on these articles. Modules can be added to the PHP-Nuke system allowing additional features such as an Internet forum, Calendar, News Feed, FAQs, Private Messaging and others. The site is maintained through an administration interface. PHP-Nuke is a news automated system specially designed to be used in Intranets and Internet.
