We are Cleanweb UK, a non-profit group dedicated to raising the profile of the cleanweb movement in the UK. Cleanweb is where cleantech meets the cloud; where sustainability meets social media.

Asylos

Asylos was launched as an international network of researchers who act on request from our partner lawyers in Europe to substantiate asylum claims. The research is run exclusively by volunteers from around the globe. The founding principle of Asylos is a simple one: everyone with computer access and two hours per week can help make the legal system in Europe live up to its own standards. Our reports are tailor-made for individual cases. The researchers offer a variety of expertise, a combination of more than thirty languages and a fresh perspective to investigate missing information.

Makespace Madrid

Makespace Madrid is a new space dedicated to digital manufacturing, in which the latest tools for prototyping and product development, and creative and technological projects is. It is an initiative managed by a non-profit association (Association Makespace Madrid, CIF G-86721941) and driven by members of a community of technology developers and innovation, the meeting point and professional development is Makespace Madrid.

Fab Folk

Fab Folk is a collection of services for fab lab users, maintained by community members. Fab Folk Inc. is organized and operated exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purpose

Fab Lab International

Fab Lab International is a formal structure for the Fab Lab international community. The fast and substantial increase of the worldwide Fab Lab community leads to the need of a higher degree of self-organization. Because the network diversifies, a formal structure could be supportive for various objectives within the Fab Lab community (visibility, development, spreading of research, empowerment, open design, to mention only a few). At the Fab6 Conference held in August 2010, the Fab Lab community decided to establish an International Fab Lab Association.

Fab Academy

The Fab Academy is a Digital Fabrication Program directed by Neil Gershenfeld of MIT’s Center For Bits and Atoms and based on MIT’s rapid prototyping course, MAS 863: How to Make (Almost) Anything. The Fab Academy began as an outreach project from the CBA, and has since spread to Fab Labs around the world. The program provides advanced digital fabrication instruction for students through an unique, hands-on curriculum and access to technological tools and resources.

Fab Lab Barcelona

A fab lab (fabrication laboratory) is a small-scale workshop offering (personal) digital fabrication. A fab lab is generally equipped with an array of flexible computer controlled tools that cover several different length scales and various materials, with the aim to make "almost anything". This includes technology-enabled products generally perceived as limited to mass production. Fab Labs are community-driven and community-focus. Knowledge sharing is fostered through face-to-face interaction and through the webpage.

Impact Hub

Impact hub is a network of 54 coworking spaces. It is a global coworkers community. According to them: Part innovation lab, part business incubator, and part community center, we offer our members a unique ecosystem of resources, inspiration, and collaboration opportunities to grow impact.
